Return instructions for cosmetics
We understand that sometimes products do not meet certain expectations. Here are our return guidelines for cosmetics:
- Within 15 days:
Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of order.
- Unopened in original packaging:
Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
It is crucial that products are unopened, for hygienic reasons. This condition cannot be waived.
Opened products cannot be returned under any circumstances. We hope for your understanding in this regard.
- Shipping costs for the customer:
Please note that the cost of returning the product is the customer's responsibility.
- Refund:
Once the returned product is received in good condition and in accordance with the above rules, the purchase amount will be refunded to the customer's account (same account as the one used to make the payment) within one week.

In case of problems with shipping
We understand that sometimes unforeseen problems can occur during the return process. Here is the procedure you can follow if you experience difficulties shipping a damaged product:

- Describe the problem in detail:
Provide a detailed description of the problem, including the order number and the specific damage to the product. The more information we have, the faster we can find an appropriate solution.
- Attach photos:
Photos are very important to understand the nature and extent of the damage. Make sure the photos are clear and show all damage.
- Wait for instructions:
After receiving your email, our customer service team will assess the problem and provide further instructions if necessary. We aim to respond quickly and to find an appropriate solution.
- Solution search:
We will work with you to reach a suitable solution, such as a replacement of the damaged product or a refund. Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
